How soon will I receive my inspection reports?
We strive to go above and beyond! You will receive access to your inspection reports via email on the evening of your inspection.
Can I attend the inspection?
Of course! We suggest that our clients allow our inspectors to thoroughly inspect the home without interruption. Then at the end of the inspection, you are more than welcome to ask any questions you may have.

How much does it cost?
Our full home inspections are based on the total under-roof square footage that includes the garage and covered porches. Our inspection rate starts at $350 for a home that is 2499 sq ft and under.
