At Superior Inspections we have a program called “Move In Certified” when you have your pre listing inspection we will inspect the home just as if we were inspecting for a buyer. You will receive a complete inspection report with recommendations for repairs. Once the repairs are completed (if you choose to do so), you can schedule us to come back out to re-inspect those repairs and provide you with an updated report to show to your prospective buyers. If there are no major defects in the home, we will certify it as move-in ready and place an attractive sign in the front yard to let buyers know that you are a serious seller and that the home is “Move-in Ready.”
