Edd Cobb

Edd has more than 300 hours of education in the home inspection industry. On top of having his home inspection license he also holds a State of Florida General Contractors License (CGC1514829) and an AA degree in Biblical Studies and serves as the Associate Pastor/Missions Pastor at The Church at sun Coast. He has also started and operated three successful businesses in North East Florida. Edd has taken his more than 30 years of construction and inspecting experience and poured that knowledge into every inspector that is a part of our team. The Superior Inspections training manual is second to none. All of our inspector candidates must complete 200 hrs of education in the inspection industry and, complete a rigorous 90 day field training program. All of our inspectors must complete additional education every year and are retested every three years to maintain their certification. Our inspectors work together as a team with Edd at the lead. He is always available to answer any questions on any issues that our inspectors may encounter. He is also always available to speak directly to clients or agents to help them understand their report and the condition of the home they are purchasing. What Edd loves most about the home inspection business is working with clients to help them make an informed and wise decision about what will most likely be their largest investment, their dream home.

Edd loves spending time with his wife, Cheryl, and his grandchildren: Austin, Eli, and Avery. He is a follower of Jesus Christ and enjoys serving in his church. He finds joy in working on his own home that he built himself. He also enjoys working with his son Kyle on woodworking projects and skeet shooting with his oldest son James.
